Can you provide an estimated delivery date?

We aim to send our items within 1 - 3 working days except custom-made-to-order bridal shoes.

We use either Royal Mail or a Courier (for larger packages), please allow 3 - 5 working days from when your shipping notification has been received.

This may be extended during busy periods such as the festive season.

Are there faster delivery options available?

We will always try to work within your deadlines so please get in touch with your delivery date requirements and will do our best to assist.

Will I receive a tracking number or link?

Our greetings cards and smaller gifts are not sent with a tracking number however, our larger items such as such as bridal shoes are sent tracked.

Are there any countries/regions you don’t ship to?

Unfortunately we do not ship within the EU or USA at present.

Do you ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, Evri, Yodel?

We generally use DHL & Royal Mail as our preferred couriers however on occasions we will use one of the others.

What are the estimated delivery times for UK orders.

We aim to post your order within 1 - 3 working days, our items should be with you within 3-5 working days, during the festive season we have no control over the delivery times for the busiest time of year.

Is the packaging eco-friendly, gift-wrapped, or branded?

We try to make our parcels as pretty as possible so you enjoy the whole process of ordering with us, we use eco friendly packaging where possible.

We hand print a lot of our packaging on eco friendly vellum paper to incorporate your gift theme into our wrapping where possible.

All our jewellery is supplied on branded backing cards.

Are there multiple options for speed and cost?

We try to keep things simple due to the level of orders we make, however if you need something much quicker, we will see what we can do for you.

What items are eligible for return?

All items are eligible for return except personalised items, earrings, and handmade-to-order products such as bespoke shoes. It will specify under the product description for you.

How many days do I have to return an item after delivery?

Please notify us as soon as possible, you have 30 days to return the item back to us.

What are the steps to request a return?

Is an exchange option available for size, colour, or different product?

Absolutely, you are more than welcome to exchange your product unless it is personalised.
